Mark worked with our Vitaco ANZ team on a key innovation project in our business during 2020. He was able to quickly determine what we required, developed a clear framework and was able to gain buy in from all stakeholders. Despite having to deal with a number of major challenges (eg Cv-19) he ensured the project stayed on track and was able to help us navigate a number of complex challenges.  He has passion and positive energy which was infectious for the broader team and provided a clear process and simple tools that helped us delivered quality results on this project that we will now test and launch into market.
